Mindy McPeak graduated from Kendall College of Art and Design with a degree in illustration in 2007.  Since then, she's been working as a staff illustrator by day, freelance illustrator and painter by night with clients including HBO, General Mills, and AAA.  She is also known locally for her work on the paranormal adventure comic book "I Love Lightning Bugs".  Mindy currently lives and works in Royal Oak, Michigan with her husband with whom she has raised two beautiful cats.
