Welcome to ACES WEEKLY Volume 41, Week One!

This 7-week volume is now complete, and you can use our exclusive Week2Week facility to read all of its episodic strips from their opening to their finale!  Just jump from one week to the next via the indicated links in the story pages!

You might think it's a bit redundant after all this time to celebrate the value of the ' mad mix ' that Aces Weekly offers in almost every volume when it's an expected benefit that you've all been happily aware of for some time.  But I want to do that in this introduction to this particular volume, because not only do we have a perfect example of that mix in this volume, but, because I - your publisher - want to let you know that I am still awed and humbled by your responses to it!  Here we are, presenting some of the most extraordinary and unconventional work in comics art that you will ever find anywhere, along with the conventional that you might find everywhere, and there you are, cheering us on for both!  It's good. Very good.  Truly good.  And your response demonstrates an inclusive attitude towards comics that is rarely catered for in the print comics world.  In print comics, a fragmented readership is necessarily catered for : superhero stuff is over there in the store ; ordinary-people stuff is somewhere else in the store ; and funny stuff is over there by the radiator, in that spot, there.  Where is that ' something of all kinds for all ' mix that once could be found in comics publishing for everyone?  Well, the historians know the answer to that, and we don't have to go into it all here, but, importantly, because of the efforts of Aces Weekly -  and, of course, any other publishers  who may have a similar viewpoint - the ' mad mix ' we give you has avoided becoming part of a Lost World.  Thus it is that you, our great subscribers, are not only supporting us as pioneers in cyberspace comics, but are also supporting us in the cause of comics for all, and everyone, and in all forms, and for the expression of all feelings and thoughts and emotions and ideas transmitted through them ... A good thing, I'd say. .. Welcome, my friends and supporters, to Aces Weekly, and its mad mix, in Volume 41... : )
